My mission? Drop 30 pounds, get fit, and maybe even convince people I’m secretly on Ozempic (spoiler: I’m not).
Here’s the scoop: I’ve always been health-conscious and a gym-goer since my high school days. But over the past 20 years, my love for carbs and sugar has turned into a full-blown addiction. The result? An extra 30 pounds I’ve been carrying around.
